Under the leadership of Kunduz University President Mr. Professor Ziauddin Seerat, Assistant Professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand, Assistant for Student Affairs Mr. Abdul Qudoos Asoli, Human Resources General Manager and Finance and Administrative Affairs Mr. Muhammad Anwar Omar Khel, Mr. President of the faculties and The members of the leadership council of Yad University participated. The meeting of the leadership council was held in the state of Yad University.

The memorial meeting started with the recitation of few holy verses of the Holy Quran.

After him, the president of Kunduz University Mr. Professor Ziauddin Seerat welcomed the participants of the meeting. According to the decision of the High Council of the Ministry of Higher Education, the establishment of the Faculty of Medical Medicine in Adana of Kunduz university and the revival of the Faculty of Stomatology.
