Value of PDC in academic foundations, finding solutions for establishing international journals, necessary professional skills for PDC executive staff, drafting PDC process, assisting PDC research and its solutions and proper management of PDC. There was a lot of discussions about it.
After a three-day workshop, the commander of professional development and research of educational foundations learned the skills taught in this workshop and at the end of the workshop the academic assistant of higher education Mr. Doctor Khairullah Khairkhwa, Chairman of Appointments and Promotions, Mr. Engineer Muftahuddin Azam. And it ended with giving certificates of appreciation to the participants by a number of other officials.

The three-day workshop held in the Ministry of Higher Education under the title of improving the capacity of the commanders of the Center for Professional Development and Scientific Research of universities ended successfully.
In the mentioned workshop on the following topics; value of PDC in educational institutions, finding solutions to create international journals, professional skills required for scientific staff, developing draft PDC procedure, publicizing research and solutions with PDC assistance and proper management of PDC discussions It got all over the face.
After the end of the three-day workshop, the commanders of the centers for professional development and scientific research, the educational institutions took over the skills taught in the workshop and finally the workshop was with the talks of the respected scientific Moin, Dr. Kheirullah Kheirkha, the chairman of appointment and promotions, Engineer Muftahuddin Azam and other dignitaries ended with giving certificates and commendations.
