A bilateral cooperation agreement was signed between Kunduz University and Afghanistan National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (ANASTO).
Memorandum of bilateral cooperation agreement was signed by the president of Kunduz University Mr. Professor Ziauddin Seerat and the vice president of the Afghan National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (ANASTO) Professor Sanaullah "Arghastani".
During the signing of the bilateral cooperation agreement, the president of Kunduz University Mr. Professor Ziauddin Sirat thanked the leadership of Anasto University for the cooperation and considered the agreement useful for the link between the two universities. He added that the leadership of Kunduz University is committed to any kind of cooperation in the implementation of the memorandum of agreement.
This agreement is signed between the Afghan National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and Kunduz University in view of the country's higher vocational education as well as the procedures, regulations and regulations in the related areas; so that it can be developed in the cultural and related areas. Socially and especially in research, environmental protection and services necessary cooperation should be done and useful advice should be given to the deserving.

The above-mentioned agreement was signed by professor Ziauddin "Sirat" the president of Kunduz University and professor Sanaullah "Arghastani", the vice-president and the head of the National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Afghanistan (ANASTO).
During the signing of the bilateral cooperation agreement, the president of Kunduz University, Ziaaddin "Sirat" thanked the cooperation of the leadership of Anasto University and called this agreement useful for securing relations between the two scientific institutions. He added that the leadership of Kunduz University is committed to comprehensive cooperation in the implementation of the materials of this agreement.
This agreement was held between the National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Afghanistan and Kunduz University in view of the higher vocational education of the country and in accordance with the existing practices, laws and regulations in the relevant spheres, to make necessary cooperation in cultural and social spheres to Specially in research, environmental protection, service provision and consulting for useful and effective applicants.
