Wednesday 1444/9/22, which is 2/1042/23, the head of the teachers' office of Kunduz University, Mr. Pohnmal Muhammad Israr Shinwari, the assistant of academic affairs, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Chapand and the members of the academic promotion and appointment committee of Yaad University, the first round meeting of the academic year 1402/H. It was held in the hall of remembrance.

The memorial meeting started with the recitation of few holy verses of the Holy Quran. In this meeting, discussions and opinions were presented regarding the academic promotions and appointment of teachers and different aspects of the agenda. In a free debate, the assistant of academic affairs of Kunduz University Mr. Professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand heard the suggestions of the committee members and the necessary decisions were taken.

The meeting ended with valuable speeches and prayers by Mr. Professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand, the assistant of academic affairs of Kunduz University.

Wednesday 22/9/1444 AH according to 1402/1/23 the first meeting of the academic year 1402 of the appointments and promotions committee of the Kunduz University under the leadership of professor Mohammad Asrar Shinvari, the director of the professors of this educational institution with the participation of the deputy of academic affairs of Kunduz University, professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand and other members of the committee of the promotion committee. Kunduz University Professors Hall was established.

The first meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Word of God. In continuation, there was a discussion on topics including the agenda. Still in the free debate, the suggestions of other respected members of the Kunduz University Committee of Declaration and Promotion were heard by the honorable leader of Professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand, Deputy of Scientific Affairs. At the end of the meeting was concluded with the guidance and prayers of professor Ghulam Nabi Chapand, Deputy of Academic Affairs of Kunduz University, and necessary decisions were taken.
